We rely on third-party carriers for all deliveries and use their published delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Most orders are processed and shipped the same day. Please allow 1–2 business days for standard processing. During weekends, holidays, sales, or promotional periods, allow 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more (pre-tax, after discounts), shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, typically delivered within 2–5 business days. We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. only and are actively working to expand shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally over the next year.


Missing & Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Wait 36–48 hours. Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered while still out for delivery.
  • Check around your property including the back porch, side door, mailbox, garage, and any covered areas.
  • Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Reach out to your regular mail carrier directly.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will open a request with your local post office for a GPS trace on the delivery scan.

If the post office confirms the package is lost, we will replace the order at our discretion. If the post office confirms delivery to the correct address, the package is considered stolen and we are unable to replace or refund the order. Future orders to the same address may require a signature at the customer's expense.

We do not issue refunds on missing or stolen packages. Replacements are provided at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.


Lost Shipments

We do not issue refunds on lost shipments — resolution is a replacement order at our sole discretion.


Incorrect Addresses

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. If you catch an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@castironnutrition.com. If the order hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet, we'll update the address at no charge. Once picked up, we cannot intercept, reroute, or modify the shipment for any reason.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll review and resolve promptly.
